  1. I always give a full market analysis presentation and always in color, but if your house is in need of design or staging work, part of my service is to pay for a $170.00 consultation with my designer and you, the seller, to maximize your home to the fullest market potential.
  2. I won’t list a home that isn’t ready to show for this market. If the seller can’t do it, then I will help to create the defined clean look that is required to sell, then we settle up at closing, if required.
  3. When a home is ready for listing, I don’t care if it is $100,000 or $2 million; I always take professional pictures, and I never list a home without pictures on MLS the first day, and when I put the sign in the yard, it is also with color flyers: ALWAYS.
  4. I consistently create a positive atmosphere for the seller and my attitude is always ” appreciate everything and expect nothing”; and provide the best of service for the buyer or seller.
  5. I always follow up with the seller on a weekly or bi-weekly basis to review the home, that include on-line statistics.

  2. I will research the home with specifics to location re-sale, rental capacity (how many rentals in the area), history of sales in the area, home size in comparison to others in the area for re-sale value, and help with services for home improvement.
  3. I will negotiate to the best of my ability using the correct tools of research that will help justify a starting price, and strive to stay in the bounds of your cap price.
  4. Have a great time with the process and make sure you are taken care of.
